Counselor's Corner

Mr. Hoogendoorn (Mr. H), our Guidance Counselor, provides numerous services to the students and families of Meadow Park. He starts the day the right way greeting students as they eat breakfast in the cafeteria. Then he is off to visit classrooms and meet with students around campus. Mr. H has been instrumental in the implementation of our Conflict Resolution and "DeBug" programs. You may contact Mr. H at (561) 357-1134.

Raising Resilient Children Parenting Program

We hope to offer this program again at MPES during the 2004-2005 school year.

Come and learn how to reset standards, use teachable moments and re-establish rituals and traditions. Join us, meet other parents and share the joy of parenting. We’ll learn from each other and celebrate the good things we do with our children.

Roots and Wings is designed to help us function better as healthy examples. We will be able to communicate information and use skills so our children can avoid high-risk behaviors.
