This project modification contains the following item:

• Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $3,500.00
• Description:  Provide additional sidewalk (700' x 6') on the site to provide safe entry to campus from Greenview Shores to East side of Auditorium.
• Cause:  School District Requested.
• Justification:  A safe route needs to be provided into the campus for walkers coming from the south on Greenview Shores Blvd. by  installing a sidewalk along the main entrance
• The Estimated Construction Cost is $19,000.00
  

I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $3,500.00 to MPA Architects for Wellington High School, Auditorium Project #2191-8272, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $3,500.00.

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
