Construction Management @ Risk Services required for Phase 1 GMP for Earthwork and Site Demolition as well as Building Demolition for part of Building 1, the Cafeteria, the Chiller Enclosure and the Portables. It also includes tree removal and relocation and the salvaging of the brick façade.   Students will be re-located during construction. Construction shall be in accordance with the permitted design documents and Educational Specifications approved by the Board on March 21, 2007 and permitted design documents, for student occupancy January 2010.

I recommend the School Board approve the First Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Phase 1 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Demolition in the amount of $2,002,889.00 with Hedrick Bros. Construction Company, Inc. for Northboro Elementary School Modernization, Project No. 0291-7504, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to finalize and sign all required documents.
