Recommendation
I recommend the Board expel student 08/09-X-098 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year. On May 11, 2009, student 08/09-X-098 was charged with possession of an explosive device (chemical bomb) and failure to comply with school rules while on the campus of Lake Shore Middle School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
