Recommendation
I recommend the Board expel student 08/09-X-086 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year. On April 7, 2009, student 08/09-X-086 was charged with possession of a razor blade and cut another student superficially while on the campus of Lake Shore Annex Alternative School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
