Recommendation
I recommend the Board expel student 08/09-X-093 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year. On May 4, 2009, student 08/09-X-093 was charged with battery or aggravated battery on a School Board Employee; disruption of school/disorderly conduct; and physical battery on a student while on the campus of Christa McAuliffe Middle School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
