Recommendation
I recommend the Board expel student 08/09-X-091 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year. On April 28, 2009, student 08/09-X-091 was charged with possession/use of drugs or imitation drugs (second offense; first offense occurred on March 4, 2009) while on the campus of Park Vista Community High School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
