PS1 Professional Services Agreement with Leading by Design, LLC
Description
PS1 The Consultant, Ann Killets, shall provide the following services:
- Assist departments in systematically evaluating programs, budgets and organizational structure for the FY13 school term with cost-savings as the goal
- Complete outstanding School Board Constituency requests while offering recommendations for system improvement in follow-up with parents and community and business leaders
- Assist with the coordination of District-wide events
- Assist with Leadership Development for new Principals
- Further develop School District interactions with the Community and Business Partners
- Serve as Liaison with Transition of new Superintendent
Recommendation
I recommend the School Board approve the contract between the School District of Palm Beach County and Leading by Design, LLC effective February 1, 2012 through March 30, 2012 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all related document and contracts.
