RE1 Approve Interlocal Agreement First Amendment - City of Palm Beach Gardens
Description
1. On December 8, 2004 the School Board approved the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Palm Beach Gardens for the Mutual Use of Recreational Facilities. (See Exhibit "A")
2. The existing Interlocal Agreement will expire December 8, 2009.
3. The City is requesting to amend the existing Agreement to allow for a one (1) year extension with four (4) one (1) year renewals.
4. This Amendment has been created to modify the terms of the original Agreement in order to reflect current provisions.
Recommendation
I recommend the School Board approve the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Palm Beach Gardens and the School Board of Palm Beach County; and authorize the Chairman and the Superintendent to sign all necessary documents.
