Recommendation
I recommend the board expel student 09/10-X-077 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year. On February 10, 2010, student 09/10-X-077 was charged with fighting and disruption of school function while on the campus of John F. Kennedy Middle School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
