§ Justification: Resolve issues (trees, sidewalks, PLAT, and as-built drawings) with the
Recommendation
I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications for the addition of 358 consecutive calendar days to W.G. Mills Construction for Emerald Cove Middle School, New School Project #3371-8290, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to finalize and execute all related contract documents.
