Dawn DiPaulo-Bullying Prevention Speaker-Community Partner
Description
Dawn DiPaulo, a former Miss USA, is a motivational speaker for middle and high schools throughout Florida and the country. Speaking from her heart and history, she connects with students from all backgrounds. Having survived being bullied as a young child, Dawn teaches leadership, personal responsibility and awareness, and educates students on the power of the bystander. Her presentations are dynamic, highly interactive and down-to-earth.
Ms. DiPaulo is also the owner of the Shine Academy which helps kids of all backgrounds to express themselves through acting, singing, modeling, dance and public speaking while also helping the community around them. They also make a pact to stand up and speak up for their peers who are bullied, as well as write, create, direct and act in Bullying Prevention PSA's. Ms. DiPaulo has given a number of our student scholarships to the Sunshine Academy.
