COURSE DESCRIPTION:  This course provides basic career options analysis and career planning and work setting theories of military leadership/management.  Cadets should have expressed a keen interest in pursuing a military career field or expressed a desire to pursue college level ROTC options or appointment to one of the Service Academics.  A primary focus of the course is to introduce cadets to a military work setting environment, to further evaluate a cadet’s ability to pursue a military career.
