The User’s EasyGuide to UPLOADING GRADES FROM GRADEQUICK Adapted from the novelette, Nerdism Made Easy by Donald McBride |
It is pay back time for GradeQuick users. Instead of bubbling in your grades for the end of the marking period, you can electronically 'send' your grades from GradeQuick.
Requirements:
1. You must have downloaded your class rosters from the network. This procedure is not valid if you typed in your student class rosters.
2. You must create a Conduct column for each class & enter a conduct mark for each student. To do so:
a.) Select VIEW from the top GradeQuick menu bar
b.) Select Student Info…
c.) Select Term 1 Effort
d.) Select <OK> to view on the screen
3. You must have a "SubTotal" column for Term 1. (Or 2 for 2nd grading period, etc.)
4. Please double-check the Conduct mark and Final Grade for each student before you 'send' your grades up to the school network. A simple error in one cell of one column will cause a lot of unnecessary work after the grades are 'sent' from your computer.
5. Okay. You've carefully double-checked everything and you're SURE all your data is PERFECT.
Here is what we're going to do to Send your data up to the network:
Important: Please repeat these three steps for each of your classes.
A few reminders:

Now, wasn't that a lot easier than bubbling in all your grades? Share your enthusiasm for GradeQuick with your colleagues. Remind them that GradeQuick installation disks are available from your Technology Coordinator. Unlimited free support (now where else do you get that?) is available from the same source.
