WATSON B. DUNCAN III Feburary 16, 1915 - Feburary 21, 1991 |
He was called the pied piper of English Literature, a starmaker, and the consumate educator. He was flamboyant, animated, and articulate. He was, and always will be, Watson B. Duncan III, and he taught at Palm Beach Community College for 43 years. After such an illustrious career at Palm Beach Community College, many expected that Duncan would retire and pursue other activities, but Duncan never found the time. In his words..."I am doing what I'm the supposed to be doing...making a contribution to the education of our young people." Watson B. Duncan III ...He will be remembered for his insight, his wisdom, his dedication and devotion to education. But most certainly, he will always be remembered with love by those who knew him. |
