Program Admission Procedures:
Applications must be delivered to the Department of Choice Programs and School Choice and postmarked by December 16, 2011.

Before submitting an application, be certain the student meets the admission criteria for the program to which they are applying. Only one (1) application may be submitted per student and no changes will be allowed once the application is submitted. Up to three program choices are allowed on the application.
Eligibility will be determined by the student's academic record from the previous year and the first semester of the current year. We are able to access the grades for students who are currently in SDPBC schools, however if the student attends or attended a private school ask the guidance counselor to forward a copy of your grades for all of previous year and the first semester of the current year. Once an application has been submitted, it is the responsibility of the parent to request the school to send the student's transcript or academic record.
ALL Applicants: Return the completed Choice Programs Application to the Department of Choice Programs and School Choice (address listed above). You will be notified in mid-April by the school if you have been accepted or by the Choice Programs Department if you have not been accepted. For more information, please contact:
